HablakiTerms and conditions
These terms govern the purchase and use of Hablaki. By buying or using the application, you accept them.
1. Who we are
Hablaki is a product of Simple Studio (Dominican Republic). Contact: hola.hablaki@gmail.com.
2. Purchase and payment
The sale is made through Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the merchant of record: it handles payment collection, applicable taxes, and the invoice or receipt. The price is $9.99, a one-time payment with no subscription, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. You will receive your license key and the download link by email.
3. License to use
By purchasing, Simple Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hablaki on up to 2 of your computers, with the key you receive. The license has no recurring fees. The software is not sold, only the right to use it under these terms.
4. What you may not do
- Share, publish, or resell your license key.
- Copy, redistribute, or sublicense the application.
- Decompile or modify the application, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
- Use Hablaki for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of third parties.
5. Third-party components
Hablaki incorporates third-party software with its own licenses. They are listed in the legal notices.
6. Speech recognition results
Speech recognition is not perfect. Accuracy depends on the microphone, noise, accent, language, and computer. You are responsible for reviewing the text before using or sending it, especially if it is important, legal, or medical.
7. Updates and availability
We may publish updates, fixes, and new versions. The terms of future major versions may be different. Some features require operating system permissions (microphone and accessibility) and an internet connection during the initial setup and the periodic license check.

9. Warranty and limitation of liability
Hablaki is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors, or that it will suit a particular purpose. Our total liability to you for any claim related to Hablaki is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in the foregoing limits the rights that the law grants you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.
10. License suspension
We may deactivate a license if it is used fraudulently, is shared publicly, or the purchase is reversed through a refund or a payment dispute.
11. Privacy
The processing of data is explained in the privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with its date.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. The courts of the Dominican Republic will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the rights that the law grants you as a consumer in your country of residence.
