Email: hola.hablaki@gmail.com. Include your order number or the email you bought with and, if you can, a description of what is happening and your Mac model. We reply as soon as we can.
Common questions
I cannot find my license key
It was emailed to you when you bought. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders with the email you bought with: your orders, your key, and your downloads appear there.
How do I activate the license
Open Hablaki, go to Settings, the License tab, paste your key, and click Activate. One license works for up to 2 of your computers.
I want to use my license on another Mac and it says I reached the limit
Deactivate the license on the computer you no longer use, from Settings, License tab. If you cannot access it, write to us and we will free it up.
The app does not type the text or does not hear me
Check in System Settings, Privacy & Security, that Hablaki has the Microphone and Accessibility permissions. More steps in the guide How to dictate text on Mac.
Hablaki does not open or shows an error on launch
It is not your fault and your data is safe. Try this, in order:
- Quit Hablaki completely (menu bar, Quit) and open it again from Applications.
- Restart your Mac and open it again.
- Download the latest version from My Orders with the email you bought with, drag it to Applications, and choose Replace.
- If macOS asks for permissions again, grant Hablaki Microphone, Accessibility, and Input Monitoring in System Settings, Privacy & Security.
If it still does not open, write to us at hola.hablaki@gmail.com and attach the file DictadoLocal.log from the Library/Logs folder of your user account (in Finder: Go, Go to Folder, type ~/Library/Logs). With that we can sort it out.
macOS blocks the app when I open it
Open System Settings, go to Privacy & Security, and click “Open Anyway” next to the Hablaki notice.
