Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Hablaki. If you are not, you can request a refund within the first 14 days.

14-day guarantee

If within 14 days of your purchase Hablaki does not convince you or does not work as you expected, write to us and we will refund the full amount.

How to request it

1. Write to hola.hablaki@gmail.com from the email you bought with.
2. Include your order number, which appears on the receipt, or your license key.
3. Tell us, if you like, what happened; it helps us improve.

How it is processed

The refund is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record, and is returned to the same payment method. How long it takes to show up in your account depends on your bank or card and is usually a few business days. When a refund is issued, the license is deactivated.

After 14 days

After that period, we look at each case, for example if a technical fault prevents you from using the application and we cannot resolve it. Write to us and we will review it.
